Spiritually rooted disease’s are attacking the body of believers more than ever. My hope is that you may see how the enemy has deceived the Church and it has succumbed to the “Doctrine of Men” versus the established Word of GOD. In other words, the reason we have so many different church denominations and church splits is because, when man can’t seem to get the Word of GOD to work properly he feels that he needs to come up with an excuse for his lack of knowledge or understanding so he comes up with a doctrine to fit his circumstances. Its time to wake up Church!       A good example is being healed by the stripes of Christ. This was included in the atonement and work of the cross.  Isa 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. The Word is clear about being healed. Because the Church does not understand the relationship between sin and disease they believe that healing was for two thousand years ago, hogwash. Isa 40:8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand forever The Word says we are healed by his stripes. Take the Word of GOD literally whenever possible. All you need is a KJV bible and a strong’s concordance.(we will discuss the fallacies of the other versions(NIV)  at a latter time).If the Word is not working the way it is written, it would benefit you to go to GOD and ask for knowledge and wisdom. GOD is faithful and will place someone in your path with the answer. Please study the Word for yourself do not take my word, your pastors or anyone else’s. 2Ti 2:15  Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. The knowledge of truth is first essential in warfare on demons and error. This is what God told his Profit Jeremiah about the O.T. Church Jer 6:14  They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.  I believe the pastors and the Church in general today is saying peace, peace and there is none. I can tell this by the disease in the body of Christ.  Luk 21:26  Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. Check out the people you know that has high blood pressure and/or heart problems. Spiritually these can be caused by fear that lines up with the Word. You may not feel fearful, but what I’m talking about is apprehension, anxiety and worry. For every thought you have conscience or unconscious there is a release of a  chemical in your blood. The thought is what actually determines which chemical is released.

Healthy bones are a sign of good health, but unhealthy bones are a sign of poor health. Why? Bones are in one sense the manufactures of the blood which is the life of the body. Do the Scriptures reveal anything about our bones? YES! The Scriptures tell us about many things that effect our bones and thus our health.

What follows is what most of the human racewould find hard to believe. There is over 304,805 letters, written by over 40 individuals could contain hidden messages that if one letter was taken out of the text, one word was removed, the hidden message could not be revealed. This message has been sustained for over 2000 years.

GODs Signature is throughout the Bible, all we need to do is to study the Word and ask the Lord to show us things we don’t know.

In the Old Testament He has encoded His name, Jesus in the following scripture:

Gen.1:1- Beginning with the fifth letter in the first word(B’raisheet)- “In the beginning”- the 5th letter and each 521st letter there after spells out”Yeshua Yakhol” which translates “Jesus is able”

Isa 53:10- Beginning with the second Hebrew letter “yod” that appears in the phrase “He shall prolong” and counting every 20th letter, you fin the phrase “Yeshua-Shmi” when translated means “Yeshua(Jesus) is my name”

Gen3:20- Beginning with the last Hebrew letter “heh”  and counting every 9 letters, you will find the word “Yoshiah” which means “He will save”-(This is coded backwards)

Places and Things

Gen2:4-10- The key word “Eden” was spelled out sixteen (16) times in the span of 379 Hebrew letters. The letters are all equidistant from each other.

Gen1:1- Starting with the first appearance of the letter “Tav”, the word “Torah” was found every 50th letter.

Ex1:1- Again, starting with the first appearance of the letter “Tav” and counting every 50th letter, the word “Torah” was spelled.

Gen 2- In this chapter which deals with the garden of Eden, scientists found encoded in the Hebrew text, Twenty five (25) names of trees that were in the Garden of Eden. 

This is but a few of the many inspired embedded codes GOD has placed in His Word. I don’t believe for a minute, that these embedded codes could have been incorporated by any other than GOD.

 Communion is a chance to be healed and give thanks to the Lord for the healing that was received thru Christ broken body.

(19)  And he took bread, and gave thanks, and broke it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.

(20)  Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.

Trouble is, we don’t take communion worthly

(27)  Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.

(28)  But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.

(29)  For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.

(30)  For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.

Before we partake of the wine (blood) and the bread (body) we need to turn any open, unconfessed, unrepented sin in our life over to the Lord.  This is especially true of the sin of unforgiveness since we are actually drinking the wine  (blood) to acknowledge the forgiveness of sins thru the shed blood of Christ.  This is why the Lord commands us to forgive those that offend and hurt us.  When we eat the bread it represents the broken beat up, spat on , paraded thru the streets naked body of Christ. We are to claim the healing we received thru the stripes. Note:(v:29) Must ensure that there is no unforgiveness or bitterness your holding on to, ask the Lord to bring anything to mind that would make you unworthy to partake of the Lords body. It would be better not to take communion at all, than to take it unworthly.

WHAT IF GOD DIDN’T WANT YOU?
There are many reasons why God would not want you–but don’t worry.
You’re in good company.
Moses stuttered.
David’s armor didn’t fit.
Hosea’s wife was a prostitute.
Amos’ only training was in the school of fig-tree pruning.
Jacob was a liar.
David had an affair.
Solomon was too rich.
Abraham was too old.
David was too young.
Timothy had ulcers.
Peter was afraid of death.
Lazarus was dead.
Naomi was a widow.
Paul was a murderer. So was Moses.
Jonah ran from God.
Miriam was a gossip.
Gideon and Thomas both doubted.
Jeremiah was depressed and suicidal.
Elijah was burned out.
John the Baptist was a loudmouth.
Martha was a worrywart.
Samson had long hair.
Noah got drunk.
Did I mention that Moses had a short fuse?
So did Peter, Paul–well, lots of folks did.  GOD doesn’t look at financial gain or loss. He’s not prejudiced nor partial, not judging,
grudging, sassy, nor brassy, not deaf to our cry, not blind to our need. See God’s gifts are free. He loves us just the way we are. It’s His desire for us to become sanctified and have the same thoughts and ways has His Son.

Rom 12:2  And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

 That’s only possible by the new birth that His Son accomplished for us with His death and resurrection.

Eph 4:24  And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

 Sure, we’re going to sin and still have problems.

1Jo 1:8-9  If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.  (9)  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Fear of rejection and abandonment can cause us to have “spirits of jealousy”, feelings of worthlessness, fear of numerous situations i.e. not being accepted by friends, family, workers; shyness, afraid to try new things because of fear of failure being rejected, self hatred.

                                                             Always remember this

Phi 4:13  I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Phi 4:19  But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

  We need to understand that our significance, idenity and purpose in life has everything to do with GOD and nothing to do with those people and events in our life that have hurt us. Seems like we go about trying to be accepted by everyone and when we are not, we take offense or try to keep doing things to be accepted;for example, if the pastor doesn’t shake your hand or talk to you after a sermon  most people would take offence and let it eat at them until the next week.(he may have something on his mind) Point is if the Lord is over your life  Your significance will be based on your relationship with him not others. Others may leave you, riches may disappear, but the Lord will always be with you. Heb 13:5  Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake theeIf we base our significance and  idenity on our past wounds and hurts we’ll always be looking for them in the wrong places. GOD made us with a cetain purpose in life, seek that purpose from HimJer 1:5  Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Meditate on his Word and ask him for direction!

Mat 21:22  And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

You must examine yourself. Our memories are connected to our emotions. Those areas that have not been dealt with biblically, Satan stimulates to bring forth fear, guilt, shame, anger, bitterness, despair, and the like. We are to put the diseased memories to death with Christ on the Cross. Why would we want to keep ourselfs in a prison of hurt. That’s where satan wants us! 

 2 Co 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are
  the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.In short term memory you take a picture that’s called a meme.  A unit of memory is an electrical, chemical occurrence that happens in the brain.    In short term it doesn’t become fixed.  However, in long term memory we have something that happens that’s now being reinforced by meditation, reinforced by repetition, and reinforced by a locking in of consciousness, so something happens in the electrochemical occurrence. Something called “protein synthesis” occurs and that memory becomes biologically  part of of your brain cells, not just a flash point or in short term memory.  It has come part of you biologically.  That is how your spirit is preserved. The mirror image is taken like a negitive, and the human spirit picks up on it and you become one with it spiritually and phychologically. This is where a lot of disease start. For every thought you have conscious or unconscious, there is a nerve transmission involving a secretion of a hormone or neurotransmitter.  The release of these chemicals are counter- productive to your health  over a period of time. i.e. dibetes,lupus, high blood pressure ect… You need to have the mind of Christ, have the thoughts he wants us to have, versus the thoughts satan wants us to have. The peace that comes from knowing and believing GOD.  1Co 2:16 KJVR(16)  For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ  We are to have the mind of Christ this is accomplished by knowing his will. his nature, and his ways.  We need to dillegently seek his will above our own. The change process begins with the mind, and the mind changed, fashioned and molded by the word of God. As the mind changes so does the thoughts, attitudes and motives. What you comprehend, you will be conformed to, and this is what will be communicated Rom 12:2  And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.We must guard our long term memoryHeb 12:15 KJVR(15)  Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled; This iswhen we end up not being able to forgive those that have hurt us. That is why it is so important that we practice Romans 12:2. and practice receiving the peace GOD gives us. If we walk in fear we are walking in sin Joh 14:27  Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Memory Since the battle is in our minds for our thoughts, Satan wants to keep us in constant confusion and fear, he especially likes to activate old emotional wounds. These wounds were caused by hurts and pain we acquired at a very young age and have been dissociated from the intense feelings. They have been placed deep within our sub conscience (mirrored on our spirit) Certain offenses by love ones can activate these old wounds, they get mad at us, they may lie to us, say mean things, yell at us, we think it is because of present problems but the fact we are dealing with past hurts and they affect us in ways they shouldn’t. 

We think on two levels. Your spirit man thinks and your intellect thinks independently of your spirit man.  That’s why Heb 4:12 says the Word of GOD comes to separate the soul from the spirit.Heb 4:12 KJVR(12)  For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.To get GODs word to enter into your human spirit so your mind is renewedEph 5:26 KJVR(26)  That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 

We need to change our thinking, trouble is our mind is not going to want to! 

When someone is victimized or went thru a tragedy their human spirit is wounded.  You can’t take the memory away it’s part of your soul.  The bible says your soul will be saved.Heb 10:39 KJVR(39)  But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. 

Your soul is part of your brain cells.  When you die your brain cells die with your body but the mirror image of your soul (your thoughts) remain with your spirit which returns to GOD to await resurrection. The bible says in that day you will be known has you were 

 1Co 13:12 KJVR(12)  For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known 

When you were Born-Again and you heart and mind accepted Jesus Christ has your Lord and Savior you could still remember your old ways.  We don’t loose the memory of that because its part of our soul. 

What ministry should accomplish is to take the pain out of the heart thru Jesus and ask him to heal the memories. Once this is done we still have the memory, but the pain is gone.   Heb 12:13 KJVR(13)  And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.Tommorrow we will look at memory see how it works and see how it affects our walk with Christ.

We need to understand some spiritual aspects since we are spiritual.  We need to look beyond the Physical. There are two worlds the visible what we see and the invisible what we can’t see called the spirit world. 2 Corinthians 4:17-18 KJVR(17)  For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;(18)  While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. 

One of the main reasons we can’t discern the problems in our life is that we are walking in the physical(flesh) instead of the spiritual.  Every thing that happens has a spiritual side.  Jesus tells us to be in the spirit not the physical? 

Joh 6:63 KJVR(63)  It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they  are spirit, and they are life. 

Gal 5:24-25 KJVR(24)  And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.(25)  If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.To walk in the Spirit is to live in the present moment – always looking to Christ – always practicing His Presence – always moving in tandem with himJoh 14:17 KJVR(17)  Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.That’s one reason you must be walking in the Spirit because when your walking in the flesh you are fighting against the Spirit and its fruitsWhen you’re walking in the flesh your seeing situations from the perspective of the devil.  

We are spiritual beings just like our Heavenly FatherTo be filled with the Spirit involves replacing the unbiblical behavior and attitude with Biblical behavior and attitudes 

One very important gift that we have has Spirit filled Born-Again Christians is the guidance and convicting power of the Holy Spirit. We need to learn to listen and obey the unctioning of the Holy Spirit. 

Gal 5:16-17  This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.  (17)  For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.Everything in our lives has a spiritual dimension. Everything that happens on earth is an interaction between the workings of God and the manifestations of the enemy. Eph 6:12 KJVR(12)  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 

This means that although events may appear to have physical causes, there are spiritual implications behind them. For example, Eli the high priest was blind and could not see1Sa 3:2 KJVR(2)  And it came to pass at that time, when Eli was laid down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim, that he could not see; A physical examination of Eli would have probably shown that he had cataracts. However the scripture teach that he was blind because he refused to do anything about his sons sins, but “turned a blind eye” 1Sa 3:13 KJVR(13)  For I have told him that I will judge his house forever for the iniquity which he knoweth; because his sons made themselves vile, and he restrained them not. 

We are called to be led by the Spirit and need to understand that the things we see in the world are not usually what they seem,  What GOD desires from us  is to trust in Him, His Word, be obedient  and walk in love

Psalms 9:9 says, “The Lord also will be a refuge and a high tower for the oppressed, a refuge and a “stronghold” in times of trouble (high cost, destitution, and desperation)”. As long as we have a relationship with Jesus as our Savior, Deliverer, Lord and King, then we have the Lord as our “stronghold”. The Jews were instructed to obey God’s laws and follow Him and worship Him. If they did not, their enemies captured them and put them in bondage and only when they turned back (repented) to the Lord with all their hearts and cried out to Him were they DELIVERED out of the hands of their enemies.

2Ch 7:14  If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Let’s look at some of the definitions of “stronghold” according to the Strong’s Concordance. A fortified city; a fortification; castle; fortress; fortified place; fort; rock; a hemming in, i.e. a mound; fenced city; tower; munition; a fastness (as a covert of ambush); be isolated, i.e. by height or fortification; cut off; wall up; restrain; withhold. As we understand the meaning of “stronghold” we see that the Lord Jesus is our “Stronghold” and we also understand that satan uses the demons as “strongholds” in us.

Eph 4:22  That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; (see this is something we must do once saved,

its not automatic this happens through a process called sanctification.)

Throughout the Scriptures we see where the Jews were building the city and making it strong. There are also references to building and making the walls strong. Take
Jericho for instance. The Lord instructed His people to march around the walls of
Jericho seven times for seven days and then shout unto the Lord praise, and the walls came down. When the walls came down, the people of
Jericho were then defeated. When we, through the weapons of our warfare, break down the walls of the enemy, they can be defeated. 

Any sin or area that has not been turned over to God is a stronghold!!

2Co 10:5-6  Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;  (6)  And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

 The battle isn’t for our hearts its for our thoughts, the devil knows our heart is GODs.

Demons/evil spirits are attached to our mind, emotions; past experiences and stay resident there until the strongholds are given over to Christ and our mind and thoughts are transformed to the likeness of Christ. 

·         We can have strongholds and not know it.·         Sometimes we have them and the enemy deceives us into thinking it doesn’t matter.·         He tries to convince us that God really meant something else in the Word 

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Rom 12:2) 

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. (1Co 15:58) 

We first need to ask the Lord to show us any areas in our life not turned over to him.  Next ask him to help us truly repent of it and change. There are some problems we know about and just casually ask for them to be taken away and don’t really mean it. We can’t fool the Lord he knows our thoughts and feelings.   

He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him. (Dan 2:22) Above all, remember to do all in Love!
